Dear Clare MCR members,
We hope you are well!
The McKinsey Venture Academy (MVA) is a social venture competition open to all university students based in the United Kingdom and Ireland. MVA is an exciting opportunity to pitch your socially focused venture idea for the chance to receive up to £10,000 in seed funding and ongoing consulting support from McKinsey.
This year’s competition is now open! It’s super easy to apply, whether you just have an initial venture idea or even a business that’s already up and running.
If you would like to find out more about the competition, we will be hosting ‘Introduction to MVA’ online sessions. Throughout each session, you will get a chance to hear more about how the competition runs, examples of ideas from previous years and build a network with other like-minded people passionate about social entrepreneurship. You do not need to sign-up to attend these webinars – just load-up the Zoom link a few minutes before the start of the session.
