[Notices] St. Regis Progress Report

From the College’s Estates Director Deborah S. Hoy, the MCR Committee has received the following information regarding Clare’s most recent redevelopment project, the St. Regis complex, which we gladly forward to you.

The works on St. Regis – progressing well – are set to be completed most likely by January 2021. Accordingly, students could be moved in as early as that same month. We will remain in contact with the Estates Director to report back with updates.

To that effect, the Committee has been asked to forward the following impressions of St. Regis to give a better idea of how the site will look like once it is completed.

As of November 2020, St. Regis is presenting itself to the passers-by nearly completed. Although work indoors are yet to be completed, we inserted some impressions of the interior to give a sense of what students can expect once the College officially takes over the building from the contractor.
