[NOTICE] CALLING MUSICIANS, SINGERS AND ACTORS – the Sorcerer

Freshers, want to be involved in a spectacular show in a 750-seater theatre built into a cliff ten miles from Land’s End in Cornwall, whether as a chorus member or a member of the band? Fancy having a nice holiday including beach visits whilst doing it? The Cambridge University Gilbert and Sullivan Society is doing 8 shows of The Sorcerer at The Minack Theatre in Cornwall – full ad here – https://www.thesorcerer2015.co.uk/ad.html

We are seeking the final few chorus members, and people who play the violin, viola, double bass, clarinet, bassoon, cornet, trombone, or percussion. The shows are 7th-12th September, with orchestra arriving on 30th August, and cast arriving on 23rd August (or the week of 31th August on a case-by-case basis). All accommodation and food is provided for at £60/week, and there are subsidies available. It is an amazingly fun experience – it combines a truly wonderful holiday destination, a magical theatre and a fantastic show.
