Michalemas 2016 General Meeting
Dear Clare MCR,
This is notice that the MCR will be holding an Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 1st November at 7pm in the MCR. Please put the date in your calendar.
The agenda will cover the MCR budget for the year, an amendment to the MCR constitution on how often we are required to hold general meetings, a short briefing on a consent workshop the MCR is looking to run and any other business sent to me. I will be sending out more information about the agenda items closer to the date. As both of the amendment and budget need voting approval from the MCR, we will need high attendance.
The final agenda with accompanying documents will be sent out 3 days before the Meeting.
If anyone has any motion to add to the agenda, please send it to me no later than 29th October supported by at least 3 Full members of the MCR.
