Emmanuel College May Ball: The Exhibition are hiring! We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant workforce and help make this year’s May Ball unforgettable. Emmanuel May Ball operates a half on/half off shift system for general workers. By working either the first half or second half of the ball, general workers are welcome to enjoy the other half absolutely free, as payment for their shift. In order for pairs or groups to attend their half of the ball together there is a section on the application form to list who you would like to work with – we will endeavour to make sure these groups are not separated.

Paid work is also available, for impressive applicants looking for leadership and managerial roles. Those working as a Court Supervisor will be responsible for a variety of workers on the night within their designated section. The role will run from 19:15-06:15 and successful applicants will receive a payment of £80. Previous ball or similar experience is required for these roles. We will also require specialised supervisors, covering Entertainment and Drinks. Previous work in either of these areas is encouraged for applicants looking to apply for these roles. Interviews for supervisor positions will be held early in March.

We are also advertising for clear-up staff to work from 07:00-11:00 the morning after the Ball in return for £30.
