Open to all PhD students and Postdocs whose research is related, but not exclusive, to conservation and environmental issues or have a strong interest in this field and would like to meet researchers who work in this area.

The Conversation is an independent source of news and views, sourced from the academic and research community and delivered direct to the public. Our team of professional editors work with university and research institute experts to unlock their knowledge for use by the wider public.
We are delighted that the team from The Conversation will be coming in for the second year running to provide a comprehensive workshop on how to write for a non-academic audience.

This is the second module we are running taken from the training programme INTRINSIC (Integrating Rights and Social Issues in Conservation).
This workshop will explore and understand the diverse rights, responsibilities and incentives of multiple stakeholders that your research may encompass and how to recognise this diversity and complexity to enable a more balanced participation and distribution of power in decision-making.
