[NOTICE] Room for the Summer

We have a lovely double room to rent in a very charming little three-bedroom house just off Mill Road. It is on Great Eastern Street – a quiet cul-de-sac, about a 10 minute walk to the station and 10 minute cycle into town, and with so many lovely pubs and restaurants and supermarkets and Hot Numbers right on our doorstep on Mill Road! Spacious downstairs living area, TV room, kitchen and bathroom, and the two other residents are a Clare 4th year and a post-doc Chemist. There’s a small garden that the landlord maintains beautifully, with a picnic table and a shed to keep the bikes locked in. I (4th year Clare medic) have loved the house for the year but am away over the summer and it would be very helpful to rent it out – ideal if you have a summer job or something. I was thinking of July and August at £450pcm including bills but you could come as early as mid-June if it suited, and would be happy to discuss if your requirements are a little different.
