[NOTICE] Cambridge Consulting Network student consulting projects
Are you interested in consulting as a career? Would you like to be part of a team that generates high-calibre solutions for industry-leading clients? If so, Cambridge Consulting Network (CCN) is right for you. We are pleased to announce that CCN is launching exciting new Consulting Projects this term. We are also running our annual Insight Program with an investment fund – a project-based crash course in consulting aimed primarily at 1st year students (see details below). The client may also offer internships to top performing students on this programme.
To develop your talent and skills even further, our Project Launch event will be accompanied by a training session and Q&A with the founder of CCN, now a consultant at McKinsey & Company. In addition, our Engagement Managers as well as Senior Consultants (those who have worked on at least two CCN projects before) will have exclusive access to further consulting training sessions informally led by consultants from McKinsey & Company and the Boston Consulting Group.
Come to our launch event next Monday (October 19th) to hear more about CCN and our offerings. Register here: http://bit.ly/1G2jvAt.
Consulting Projects:
- EM Tech – Investigating the state of the software tools market in China for a global leader in semiconductors and software design.
- Aviation Innovation – Researching the current UAV detection market as well as the current and future applications of the client’s proprietary radar technology.
- Education Trends – Developing organisational and operational strategy to drive long-term financial sustainability for a higher education charity working in Africa.
- National Nursing – Developing a strategy for the launch of a national rare disease nursing support service.
- BioAssay – Investigating alternate applications of the client’s DNA synthesis technology, and building a commercial and strategic recommendation for product development and market entry.
Insight Program:
This year’s Insight Program will be hosted by a leading impact investment fund with a focus on social business primarily located in Africa. Successful applicants will work to solve challenges faced by the client itself and their associated portfolio companies.
Please be aware that the main CCN projects last 8-10 weeks, and will require a commitment of ∼10 hours per week. The Insight Program lasts 4 weeks, requiring the same time commitment.
