MARKETING INTERN

Varsity Education is a not-for-profit organisation offering pre-university courses to 15-18 year olds. We are looking for a confident, motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and to add a professional reference to your CV. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for gathering, curating and preparing marketing materials during our academic winter programme held at Clare College, Cambridge, from 10th – 22nd December 2017. You will need excellent copywriting skills, an eye for a great photo, and to be confident and sociable when dealing with young people and other members of staff.

START DATE

This position will be a short-term contract and will take place December 10th to 22nd, with the possibility of 1-2 days of preparation and training ahead of time. Candidates must be available each day of the programme between 9am and 9pm, and will be working for approximately 3-5 hours a day (subject to variation).

LOCATION

The role will be based in Clare College, Cambridge. During the programme, the Intern will be required to accompany students to other locations around Cambridge. To be considered for this role, candidates should be resident in Cambridge or its immediate vicinity throughout the programme.

COMPENSATION

The Marketing Intern will receive £200 upon completion of the programme.
