We offer a full training programme to all staff, including First Aid, behaviour support and healthcare qualifications, and provide competitive rates of pay with opportunities for progression, as well as relief contracts to fit in flexibly with other commitments. Working for Community Support Services and CamPlay enables staff to gain meaningful skills and experience, such as team-working, ability to work in challenging situations, leadership, inclusion and communication skills, which can prepare workers for university applications and careers in a variety of sectors beyond social care! Previous staff have said that the experience has been invaluable for those who have pursued careers in social care, healthcare, medicine, nursing, psychology and many more!
