[Event] Harry Potter Charity Quiz!!

Dear All,

I am sorry you had to go through the long summer so many years ago, waiting for your letter inviting you to take your place at Hogwarts that didn’t arrive. I felt you were best placed to make magic in the muggle world, and you’ve proved me right. But now, I cordially invite you to a Wizardry Quiz – For the Brave, to enter the wizarding world for one night and test your knowledge, stamina and courage.

Location: 1815 The Union Bar, Cambridge

Date: Sunday 21st of January

Time: Doors 6.30pm, Quiz starts at 7pm

Choose you’re friends wisely, as you will be working in teams of 5 to 6, though solo and smaller group entrants are welcome to come and make new friends and new teams. Entrance includes magical prizes.
Not only will the winners of the quiz gain notoriety, recognition will be given for the best team names, answers, outfits and there will be a raffle. Prizes include: rock buns kindly donated by Hagrid, fudge from the Weasley’s kitchen, various Hedwig tributes and many more.

There is also a Yew Wand on offer, sourced from a tree which has been standing for over 700 years and is now the centre of a Saxon graveyard. This wand will choose the young wizard who is bravest dressed, in full magical attire.
