Don’t miss a candid dialogue between one of the POLIS faculty’s leading Middle East experts, Dr Glen Rangwala, and a high-profile Israeli speaker covering settlements, Syria, ISIS & everything in-between. The name of the Israeli speaker will be announced a week from the event due to security concerns.

Glen Rangwala is a University Lecturer in the faculty of Politics and International Relations (POLIS) and a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge. His academic work focuses on Palestinian politics from 1967 to 1977. He is a member of the Labour Party and an editor of Labour Briefing, and has edited and written for the journal of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign “Palestine News”.

After Dr Rangwala interviews and converses with the Israeli speaker, the floor will be opened to questions from the audience. There will also be an opportunity to meet our committee and other people interested in the Middle East at our inaugural drinks reception after the event. There will be complimentary drinks for the first 50 guests.
