[EVENT] Film Screening of ‘The First Grader’
Education Partnerships Africa and King’s College Film Society are joint hosting a screening of The First Grader, the story of an 84-year old man, a veteran of the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya, who decides to pursue his education as a First Grader. After the movie, there will be a discussion with some King’s students who went to Kenya this past summer to help invest in sustainable school projects in rural East Africa. Join us 7-9pm on Sunday 23rd October at Keynes Hall, King’s College.
