[EVENT] Cambridge Union Society events – Lent Term Week 4
On behalf of the Cambridge Union Society we would like to request the inclusion in your weekly email circular of our upcoming events. As the largest student society in Cambridge it is difficult to reach all of our members regularly with information about upcoming events whilst also publicising our weekly ticketed events, which are open to everyone. We are trying hard to improve engagement with our members as well as raise awareness about our non-member events. As these emails have a very high readership, we would be delighted if you could highlight our weekly events in your email.
The upcoming events are as follows (events exclusive to this week are in bold):
- Women’s Public Speaking – Tuesday 2nd at 19:00
- Debating Workshop – Wednesday 3rd at 19:00
- Jiu Jitsu (self-defence) – Wednesday 3rd at 19:30. Tickets cost £4.50 for members and their guests, and £6.50 for non-members.
- This House Would Have No Diplomatic Relations With Iran – Thursday 4th at 19:30; members’ discussion group at 16:30
- Zumba – Friday 5th at 17:00. Tickets cost £2 for members and £5 for non-members.
- Super Bowl Party – Sunday 7th at 21:00. Tickets cost £5 in advance and £7 on the door.
