Declaration of a Climate Emergency

The MCR has officially passed a motion to declare a climate emergency and has committed to do more to assess and mitigate environmental issues at Clare.

Amongst other important actions, we have resolved – along with the UCS – to call on the College to ‘adopt alternative methods of investment to ensure the impressive endeavours of the College’s Environment Committee and Green Impact teams are not being undermined by investments in fossil fuels.’
