I would like to invite you to a new seminar series organised by
CAMMIGRES (the Cambridge Migration Research Network): ‘One O’Clock
Research Spotlights,’ which starts on Tuesday 19th January.
The session begins with a ‘Spotlight on faith and migration’:
Understanding faith in migrants’ lives: challenges & opportunities for
social cohesion in a diverse Europe
-Dr Sara Silvestri, POLIS
Conflict or Commonality?: Migration & interfaith
relations between Jews, Christians,Muslims in Europe
-Dr Shana Cohen, Dept of Sociology/Woolf Institute

Series Details:
‘One O’Clock Research Spotlights’ is an exciting programme of short
seminars to report on findings and future proposal developments arising
from the CAMMIGRES small grant awards that have been supported by the
network in the last 12 months. This series is designed to promote
further migration research within the University of Cambridge.
All staff and students welcome
Seminars will run from 1-1.45pm, B4 Institute of Criminology, Sidgwick
Site
Tea and coffee will be available from 12.45pm in the foyer
