[EVENT] Week of action for Giulio Regeni
As we mentioned at the rally last month, CUAI will not stop campaigning until we get the truth for Giulio Regeni, a PhD student from Girton found dead after torture in Egypt in February.
To continue the campaign, we are starting our week of action for Giulio Regeni this week, which includes:
- Launching our social media campaign at the weekly meeting
- A letter writing session to write to our local MPs on Monday, 16th May at 7pm in the Godwin Room, Clare College (https://www.facebook.com/events/522131061312708/)
• Attending the public meeting: Truth for Giulio – Justice for Egypt’s Disappeared, on Friday, 20th May from 7pm to 8:30pm at the Friends Meeting House, 12 Jesus Lane (https://www.facebook.com/events/587176488109845/)
We strongly urge you to attend as many of these as possible to make our campaign as strong as we can.
